Frequently asked questions
How does Axari access my data?
Axari connects to your tools via OAuth (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.). You control which tools are connected, and you can disconnect them at any time from Settings. Axari only accesses data within the scopes you authorize.
Is my data shared across tenants?
No. Each workspace is fully isolated. If you manage multiple organizations, each has its own data, employees, channels, and outcomes. Nothing crosses tenant boundaries.
Can I bring my own LLM API key?
This feature is currently in development. Once available, you will be able to add your own API keys for supported LLM providers in workspace settings, routing all employee activity through your own account.
What LLM models does Axari support?
Axari supports models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Mistral. You can select the model per employee based on the task complexity.
Can I add other users to my workspace?
Yes. You can invite team members and assign them roles (Super Admin, Admin, User). You control what each user can see, edit, or create.
